Vendors
There are two types of Vendors at Blacksun Festival 2008, the Regular
Vendors and the Premium Vendors. The difference is on the location - the Premium Vendors are located in Toads Place which is
our main concert venue while the Regular Vendors are located in the Vendor Hall. We have a total of five Premium Vendor
spaces and thirty Regular Vendor spaces.
Vendor Hall Basics (Regular Vendors)
The Vendor Hall will be held Saturday, March 15th 2008.
The room will be open to the general public from Noon - 6pm.
The room is accessible to Merchants 10 am - 7:30pm Saturday, March 15th
2008 for setup and breakdown.
Vendor Packages for 2008:
Premium Package: $300
+ A high visibility location at main concert hall, Toads Place
+ For Friday and Saturday, March 14th and 15th 2008, 7:00pm to 2:00am
+ Two Full Three Day Festival Passes
+ One half-page Ad in the Program Guide
Gold Package: $160
+ A location in the main vendor hall
+ Saturday, March 14th 12noon to 6:00pm
+ One Full Three Day Festival Pass
+ One half-page Ad in the Program Guide
Silver Package: $110
+ A location in the main vendor hall
+ Saturday, March 14th 12noon to 6:00pm
+ One Full Three Day Festival Pass
Vendor Table Basic: $70
+ A location in the main vendor hall
+ Saturday, March 14th 12noon to 6:00pm
Spaces
Tables are provided. They are 6' x 2' -- there is a 6' x 5' space behind the table for you and your stuff. Remember to bring a tablecloth. The hotel will provide the standard white cloth, but you might want something more appropriate to your aesthetic. For Clothing Racks, see the next section. Electrical Outlets are available in the room. Please bring your own extension cord and power strip, even though the hotel says they will have some available. There are no phone jacks. You will need to process credit card orders via your cell. There is no taping, tacking or affixing things to the walls. If you want to hang stuff you will need to bring a backboard to hang it on.
Clothing Racks
If you have clothing racks, please be advised that you cannot place racks in the aisle. You must provide your own racks. If your racks are slightly larger than our recommended rack space, please let us know in advance.
Merchant Area No-Nos
There is no smoking allowed in the Merchants' Area. There is no burning of candles or incense (we don't want the sprinklers
to ruin our day). If you will be playing music at your table, please keep your volume
levels comfortable. Please respect others in the Merchants' Area by keeping the walkway in
front of your exhibit free and clear for passing traffic.
How to Reserve Your Space
Please contact us by e-mailing vendor At Blacksun-Festival.com. You
should hear back within 5 business days. Vendor submissions will be taken through March 12th.
