Refund Policy

The Blacksun Festival offers a limited refund policy for our tickets. Refunds will be offered if one of these three conditions occurs:

1) Main concert venue changes (Toad’s Place)
2) Festival Dates change
3) A Band advertised as playing on the main stage (Toad’s Place) is removed from the lineup.

Should one of the above conditions occur we will post an announcement about the change and refund offer to our website, Livejournal community, and Myspace page. In addition we will send out e-mails to all addresses that we have received by ticket holders. Once this notification is made ticket holders will have 45 calendar days to request a refund. Once we have received a request we will process a payment for 100% of the funds paid by that ticket holder. Should a ticket holder request a refund the ticket will be invalidated. If the ticket was used before a refund request was received by us the ticket holder will ineligible for a refund.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about attending.
